If you are a renter, we will treat you with respect. We realize most Austinites rent because they want to and not because they have to. First Austin Property offers two and three-year leases at fixed rates. There is never an application fee, no pet deposits and we wouldn't dream of charging pet rent.
We offer flexible leases with sublease options for our customers who buy homes mid-lease or just need to move for any reason. We have a range of properties from 1 bedroom condos to seven bedroom homes. All of our properties feature granite counters, wood/laminate or ceramic tile floors, stainless appliances and energy efficient windows.
